Campus Organizing Leaders
Our program educates and trains young activists at colleges and universities across Minnesota, empowering the next generation of pro-choice leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to advocate for reproductive freedom on their campuses and beyond.

A volunteer-led initiative focused on expanding abortion access, exposing Crisis Pregnancy Centers, and holding anti-choice legislators accountable. RFAN members work directly in their communities to create real change.

Our trained volunteers ensure safe passage for abortion patients by protecting them from harassment outside clinics. In 2024, our escorts spent 108,000 minutes ensuring patient safety and dignity.
