Nursing Students For Choice
Nursing Students for Choice is a collaborative, nationwide organization that works to promote women’s health and reproductive rights through advocacy, activism, provider education and training. NSFC welcomes any undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level nursing student who is interested in ensuring that nurses are fully trained to meet the reproductive health care needs of women and their families.
Nursing Students for Choice is dedicated to working with nursing professionals to connect them to larger organizations, expand their scope of practice and facilitate mentorship’s with nursing students. NSFC is currently being lead by; Erika Staub, RN PHN, Rebecca Ek, RN, PHN and Jacqui Quetal, RN and FNP student. Nursing Students for Choice is looking for motivated nursing students who want to organize on their campus and in their town. NSFC organizes around a wide variety of choice issues including, but not limited to; abortion, birth control, STIs, sexual health, breastfeeding, and reproductive freedom.
