Fact sheet on so-called "Positive Alternatives Act" released

The MCCL (MN Citizens Concerned for Life) have made their "Positive Alternatives Act" a top priority this legislative session. NARAL Pro-Choice Minnesota has compiled a fact sheet on this proposal to spend $5 million in state funds to support anti-choice "clinics" across Minnesota.
