New website unveiled at www.mnnaral.org
Saint Paul, Minnesota-- Minnesota NARAL, the state's largest grassroots pro-choice organization, announced a new website at www.mnnaral.org. "We hope the new website will become a focal point for pro-choice information and activism in Minnesota," said Tim Stanley, executive director. "The new site has a comprehensive Pro-Choice Voter's Guide for legislative races across the state. It features a Choice Action Alert center, that will enable thousands of pro-choice Minnesotans to contact their elected officials on matters affecting a woman's right to choose." Visitors will also be able to learn about a host of issues affecting reproductive freedom in the Choice Issues section. An upcoming On Campus section will be a great resource for pro-choice student activists in the state. "True grassroots organizing doesn't simply happen on the Internet," said Stanley. "But we hope that Minnesota NARAL's strong web presence will further enable us to reach out, educate, and activate pro-choice citizens across the state--from Rochester, to Saint Paul, to International Falls." Minnesota NARAL is an affiliate of the National Abortion and Reproduction Rights Action League and the state’s largest pro-choice grassroots organization. ###
